If you love horses we have the summer camp for you! Begin your day with breakfast vittles at New Life Camp’s dining hall, then off to the Ranch where you will learn to saddle, ride, and care for your own horse. Other activities will include arena games, trail rides, horse grooming, and an opportunity to ride “tornado”. Then it’s back to New Life Camp for more vittles and afternoon fun. Swimming, putt-putt golf, volleyball, and the mud pit tug of war are just a few of the possibilities while at camp. Campers will be bunking at New Life Camp in the dormitories. Jump in the saddle and blaze a new trail as you ride with us at the ranch. Experienced staff, excellent instruction, (by Certified Horsemanship Association Instructors) and lots of horse time are all part of this week at camp. Whether you’re a beginner or a rodeo champ, you’ll love the arena lessons, trail rides, grooming, and much more! When you’re not in the saddle you’ll get a chance to go swimming, jumping, crafting, and eating at the canteen. Each week finishes with a Shodeo at 10:30 a.m. Parents are encouraged to attend. Join us at Covenant Hills camp for a fantastic time of riding and learning the basics about horses. Each camper will spend time daily with their horse, learning hands on lessons from Certified Horsemanship Association Instructors. Included in the action packed experience is time spent at main camp activities such as swimming, archery, and canteen time. Parents are encouraged to come watch their lil’ buckaroo show off what they have learned at the Shodeo10:30 a.m. on the last day of camp. This camp is a three night, four day camp. This is a youth group where kids can hang out with other horse crazy kids and meet together for fun, fellowship, and to hear God's Word. Our goal is to share the hope of Jesus Christ to all kids who come to the Ranch. Come learn with the staff and horses as Whispering Hope Ranch! Each meeting runs from 4:30 - 6:45 p.m. with supper provided. In order to sign up each student must be accompanied by a parent/guardian the first night they attend. Please call the ranch for a detailed schedule, or more information.
We also offer on bonus special event Saturday per month. This is an earned Saturday that is ONLY available to kids who go the extra mile by attending both week-night meetings, and memorizing the assigned scripture verses each month. Our Saturday events are from 1:00 - 3:30 p.m.
There is no cost for this program it is funded by the donation of people who believe in and support Whispering Hope Ranch Ministry. Our only request is parents be willing (once per month) to bring pre-packaged snacks, drinks, or paper products.

WHR has been inspected and approved by the Girl Scouts as a Riding facility. We have many troops come, earn badges, ride, and have tons of fun.
WHR can tailor any program to fit the needs of your troop. From overnight trail rides, to just spending a day at the ranch.

Here is the perfect opportunity for your group to come get the all-around ranch experience. Do some riding on the trails and in the arena, groom horses, and spend some time with all the critters on the ranch. Plus, see if you can stick on our bucking bronco Tornado and hang out with our wranglers and ranch hands for 2 hours of ranch adventure. This group package is flexible and can be tailored for your group.
Also available to add to your roundup package is a hayride through the woods, and the use of our campfire/picnic area for you to cook your own vittles. The hayride/campfire addition is $20 per group.- Helmets and trained staff are provided.

- Age limit 7 or older
- Groups of 10 or more are $30 per person.
- Groups of 10 or fewer are $35 per person.
- A $50 non-refundable deposit is due within 7 days of scheduling in order to guarantee the date for your group.

Trail Rides:
We have excellent horses for a leisurely ride through miles of beautiful woodland trails. Enjoy God’s creation at its best!
The cost is $25.00 per hour per person, by appointment. Riders must be 7 years or older to go on a trail ride and there is a 225 lb. weight limit. (Arena rides with a side walker available for younger riders $5.00 for 10 minutes)

Come join us at Whispering Hope Ranch as we use the horses, wranglers, ranch hands, and the western atmosphere to share the gospel in a fun exciting way. What can you expect when you come to the ranch for this Wild West Adventure? You'll enjoy happy trails through the woods with real cowboys as your guide, mounted horseback games, snacks at the watering hole, cowboy chapel, and a chance to ride our bucking bronco Tornado. (Please note: Participants must wear long pants and sturdy shoes to ride!!!)- Ages: 7 and up
